Our 15-minute video consultations give you the chance to meet your therapist, ask any questions, and get a feel for how we work together—without any pressure to commit. It’s a great opportunity to make sure you feel comfortable and confident moving forward with therapy

After your consultation, each session is 50 minutes and priced at $125. This time is dedicated to exploring your goals and providing support tailored to your needs

At Anchor & Align, we believe psychotherapy should be accessible to everyone. To support this, we offer a number of sliding scale sessions each month, so more people have the opportunity to receive the care they need. If you’re interested, we’d be happy to discuss how we can make therapy work for you.

Anchor & Align will provide client’s with a invoice following session payment. Client’s can submit this to their insurance providers for reimbursement if applicable. Anchor & Align does not direct bill at this time.
