I’m a therapist who knows what it’s like to overthink, care too much, and feel like rest has to be earned. My approach is warm, real, and never one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll figure out how to quiet the mental noise, navigate big changes, and build self-trust, without losing the sensitive, thoughtful parts of you that make you who you are
My goal isn’t to “fix” you (because you are not broken). My goal is to create a genuine, collaborative space where you feel safe enough to be your full self.
Together, we’ll get curious about the parts of you that are stuck or hurting. We don’t fight against anxiety or try to “get rid” of it. Instead, we learn to notice it and hear it without getting caught up in it.
